Climbing up Mt. Jefferson for a day hike was a wonderful trip. Another perfect day for hiking.

abq.jpg Climbing up through the snow was an easy way to lose the trail but we were able to take a sighting from a distant landmark and continue on our route.SličiceCampsite at Breitenbush Lake. This was the worst place on the whole trail for mosquitoes. The mosquitoes died in our food as we heated it up and we ate, then stayed, in the tents.Climbing up through the snow was an easy way to lose the trail but we were able to take a sighting from a distant landmark and continue on our route.SličiceCampsite at Breitenbush Lake.
