- Mt. St. Helens viewed from near the June Lake Trailhead. The end of September is usually the best time for fall colors along this trail.

- June Lake has a wide, shallow shore which is just right for wading. The lake is surprisingly clear for having this shallow shoreline.

- Jasmine sits on a wheel that was sliced from a deadfall across the trail. This shows how big around many of the trees are in this area.
