- Newton Creek Trail descends on a lateral moraine and there are some nice views back up the trail of Mt. Hood.
- Fall colors paint the leaves on the north side of Warren Lake in October along the Mitchell Point Trail.

- Jasmine takes a break in the rocks on Lamberson Butte. This is a great place stop for a break and to begin the return trip.
- Look for this trail sign to return to Trail #400 and back to Multnomah Falls. This sign is about .2 mile west of the Oneonta Tunnel.
