- Here is the rest of our group taking a lunch break in the B&B burn. In front is Jerimiah, Justin, and Andy.
- About 1/2 mile from the Hantwick Road Trailhead is a pond about 2 acres in size surrounded by trees. The trail passes by on the south side of the pond.
- Loooking north, late snows still clings to Silver Star Mountain in June 2008. This is taken from the viewpoint about 1/2 mile to the east of Devil's Rest.
- Lewis River along the Lewis River Trail.
- Ravens fly through the skies enjoying the air currents.
- Warren Lake provides a welcome break and the only place to filter water on the way to Mt. Defiance.
