- One of the nice campsites along the trail. This was near June Lake and there weren't any bugs there to speak of. Pretty good for camping in July! You can see our food suspended from nylong bags. We never had any animal issues with our food on this trip an

- Mt. Hood from near Trillium Lake.
- From the top of Beacon Rock you can see Hamilton Mountain and the basalt cliffs along the south side of the mountain. Looking at Hamilton Mountain you can see how steep slopes end in sheer cliffs in the Gorge.
