- Curly Creek Falls is a nice plunge falls just a short walk from the parking lot. Very near by is Miller Creek Falls that looks like a punchbowl.

- Typical trail view of Salmon Butte Trail. Other portions are heavily wooded. This is a wetter portion of the trail with Devil's Club growing next to the trail.

- The Heartbreak Ridge Trail has some nice views into the Gorge. Here is Bonneville Dam with Mt. Hood in the background.
- The second junction for Twin Lakes Trail. This is a popular trail and it is hard to lose the way because the cleared trail is a gap in the trees.
