A field of flowers along the Wonderland Trail. The trail and hillsides were strewn with flowers in mid-July.- Dropping down from Skyscraper Mountain heading towards Frozen Lake is this field of lupines framing Mt. Rainier in the background on the Wonderland Trail.

- I think this waterfall is the tallest in the park, not Comet Falls. It falls from Seattle Park down to the Carbon Glacier.
- Mt. Rainier along the Wonderland Trail above the saddle between Moraine Park and Mystic Lake.
Mt. Rainier and the Wonderland Trail. This was taken on the way up to Skyscraper Pass.- Mt. Rainier just after sunrise reflected in a meltwater pond. The marine air forms clouds as it flows over Mt. Rainer, then the clouds disappear again. An example of a mountain making its own weather.
- Mt. Rainier taken from the last switchback in the trees on the way up to Skyscraper Pass. This was a good place to take a break in the shade before climbing up to Skyscraper Pass.
- Mystic Lake and Old Desolate along the Wonderland Trail. A small stream in the foreground flows into Mystic Lake. The stream at the west end of Mystic Lake is a great place to filter water.
