- This is the trailhead on the PCT for the West Ridge Trail up Table Mountain. The trail get much steeper from here. We passed this junction and went to the next one.
- This is the trailhead on the PCT for the Heartbreak Ridge trail up Table Mountain. This trail has some really steep sections.

- Table Mountain from the Heartbreak Ridge trail. Hundreds of years ago the side of the mountain slid down into the Gorge revealing this cliff.
- This shows where the ancient landslide slid into the Gorge. From this vantage point the Columbia River looks dammed today. In the lower left of the photo you can see a more recent landslide which occurred in early 2008.
- I think this is Sacagawea Rock and Papoose Rock is behind it. This is from Heartbreak Ridge Trail.
- The Heartbreak Ridge Trail goes through this talus field. The reflected sun off the basalt rocks really heats this area up on sunny days.
- The Heartbreak Ridge Trail has some nice views into the Gorge. Here is Bonneville Dam with Mt. Hood in the background.
