- You can still smell the cedar from the timbers lining the Oneonta Tunnel. The tunnel has restored a few years with beautiful timbers.
- Jasmine sits in front of a small memorial dedicated to Glenn Replogle who fell from the cliffs and died. This is located just west of Ponytail Falls along the clifs.
- Walking along the very narrow shoulder of the road you soon come to a small portion of the old Columbia River Highway. This shows the restored tunnel at Oneonta Creek. This tunnel is for bikes and foot traffic only.
- Ponytail Falls shoots out over the cliff into a large plunge pool. The trail goes into the small gorge for Horsetail Creek and then behind this waterfall.
- Look for this trail sign to return to Trail #400 and back to Multnomah Falls. This sign is about .2 mile west of the Oneonta Tunnel.
