Home / Weldon Wagon Trail Photos WA 28
- Here is the trailhead. It is easy to miss and go too far down the road.
- The top of the trail goes on the edge of a tree farm.
- Leaving the gravel road for the actual trail.
- Lots of white oak meadows.
- Some of these white oak trees look really old.
- Grass Widow flowers dot the trail early spring.
- These are buttercups. There were some nice patches of them.
- Glacier Lilies dot the trail in a few places.
- This hike is on the dry side of the Gorge, though we still got some rain.
- Early spring rains turn the hills green.
- Some nice views from the hillside.
- Nice views into the valley towards Husum.
- Augspurger Mountain is in the distance on the right side of the photo.
- As you get higher the hillsides really open up.
- The hillsides are green in early spring.
