- A few small streams cross trail #400 between Multnomah Falls and Oneonta Creek.
- A small waterfall cascades down just above the the Gorge Trail.

- I love seeing Multnomah Falls during a cold snap.
- Icicles grow from the overhang behind Ponytail Falls
- Jasmine shows what the better parts of the trail look like. Other sections of the trail are rougher than this.
- Jasmine sits in front of a small memorial dedicated to Glenn Replogle who fell from the cliffs and died. This is located just west of Ponytail Falls along the clifs.
- Look for this trail sign to return to Trail #400 and back to Multnomah Falls. This sign is about .2 mile west of the Oneonta Tunnel.
- Multnomah Falls cascades hundreds of feet down a sheer cliff into a plunge pool, then over another waterfall.
- Oneonta Creek has a small waterfall just upstream from where Trail #400 crosses Oneonta Creek Trail.
- Ponytail Falls shoots out of the rocks.
- Ponytail Falls shoots out over the cliff into a large plunge pool. The trail goes into the small gorge for Horsetail Creek and then behind this waterfall.
- The flash does a good job at illuminating the icicles behind Ponytail Falls.
- The rockwork along the trail shows up nicely when the trail and hillside are covered in snow.
