- Avalanche Lillies along the trail. This was their peak and we saw them throughout the trip.

- Van Horn Falls along the Northern Loop Trail. You have to wade through Devil's Club to get this view unless the stream is low.

- Mt. Rainier just after sunrise reflected in a meltwater pond. The marine air forms clouds as it flows over Mt. Rainer, then the clouds disappear again. An example of a mountain making its own weather.
