Data de envio / 2016 / junho
- The three Boy Scouts along on the trip pose near Park Butte, just north of Jefferson Park.
- The other 4 hikers on our backpacking trip pose next to Jude Lake.
- Taking a break along the trail. There are plenty of wildflowers along the trail.
- Sunrise on Breitenbush Lake. I'm sure this lake would be more hospitable in the fall but we had clouds of mosquitoes around the lake.
- Sunrise on Breitenbush Lake looking at Mt. Jefferson. The mosquitoes weren't bad until the sun came up. I ended up leaving behind part of my water filter trying to get away from the mosquitoes.
- South of Olallie Lake the trail begins to gain elevation and we stoppped at this great overlook for a photo op.

- One of the nice campsites along the trail. This was near June Lake and there weren't any bugs there to speak of. Pretty good for camping in July! You can see our food suspended from nylong bags. We never had any animal issues with our food on this trip an
- One of the less maintained sections of the trail near Olallie Lake on the PCT.
- Mt. Jefferson stands in bold relief against the blue sky as viewed from near Park Butte.
- Mt. Jefferson peeks above the ridge. There were plenty of mosquitoes along this whole section of the trail in July.
- Mt. Jefferson looms larger as we walk farther south. When we started we could barely see Mt. Jefferson and now Mt. Hood becomes smaller each day.
