- This plaque is at the junction where Gorge Trail #400 heads east from the Larch Mountain Trail #441 near Multnomah Falls.
- The beginning of the Macleay trail paralells Balch Creek. In summer the creek is a very small brook.
- Trailhead sign for Trillium Lake Sno-Park.
- Looking east at Dog Mountain from a rocky scree slope along the Wind Mountain Trail.
- Beacon Rock Trailhead sign shows where the trail begins.
- Sometimes Oregon Grape leaves turn this beautiful shade of red. This is along the Pacific Crest Trail.
- Part of the WTA work crew at the overlook.
- The lower section of the Wahkeena Falls Trail is wide and paved to handle the heavy foot traffic.
- Looking back along Ed's Trail you can see the summit of Silver Star Mountain in the distance.
- The second major creek crossing on the Elk Meadows Trail is Newton Creek. As you can see, this crossing has to be replaced annually. Some years it is good and other years it is just some logs.
- The Washington Trail Association rebuilt this section of the Hardy Ridge Loop Trail. I think some of the volunteers made this decoration along the upper portion of the eastern part of the loop.
- This section of the June Lake Trail is just above June Lake. You can see the recent trail maintenance in September 2010 has restored the tread.
